River Walk Concert Series:                                                  

Swabbies has teamed up with West Sacramento Parks and Recreation as sponsors of the Harmony on the River concert series every 1st Tuesday of the month. Parking and admission are free for this family-friendly event. Please help support this ongoing community event by purchasing dinner and drinks at River Walk Park. Your support helps directly fund this year’s concert series.

What to bring: Folding chair or blanket, sweater, sunscreen. Pets are ok as long as they are leashed. Kids are welcome--bring the whole fam!

West Sac Farmers Market:

Swabbies and the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce will host the 2012 market season the 3rd Thursday of every month. The Market runs Thursdays, 4:30 pm – dusk, May – September. Credit cards, EBT, WIC, FMNP and SFMNP are welcomed. Bring all of your family and friends to kick off the celebration.

What is the West Sacramento Farmers Market?

The West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce and the City of West Sacramento have launched a new festival-style certified farmers market every Thursday from 4:30 pm to dusk at 1271 West Capitol Ave., West Sacramento, CA 95691 (behind Walgreens). The West Sacramento Farmers Market season will run through the end of September for a total of twenty weeks.

Besides having the best vendors in the region, the Farmers Market is fun for the whole family!  Come out and support local farmers, businesses, and the West Sacramento community.  We even have entertainment for the kids with our mascot Stew D. Tomato who will be making guest appearances.  We guarantee you will leave with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables plus a smile on your face!
